Rules and Regulations
- Slippers/shoes should be removed outside the Seminar Hall and placed on the Shoe Rack.
- Food or beverages are not allowed in Seminar Hall.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Premises of FTC and Seminar Hall.
- Any kind of damage or misuse of the Seminar Hall or Furniture and Fixtures would be charged.
- Provision of a Car parking list and candidates attending list is a must well before the Event date.
- Manage proper timings of groups, to avoid disturbances in the corridor.
- Amount Payable before the Event and confirm your booking.
- Any extra facility requirement should be informed and verified before the Event.
- Coordination and verification by the Event Organization of all our services 2 to 3 hours before the Event is necessary.

- Rescheduling of Dates or Time in booking are charged to Rs.500/- per rescheduling.
